Let me tell you a little about why I chose a career in real estate.
I moved back to New Zealand in 1998, just married and about to have my first child. Our first years here weren't easy but we managed. My job at the time felt a whole lot like Groundhog Day. An avid reader, I read a stack of books about real estate and thought that real estate investment might just be the key to my family achieving something better. So I attended a seminar or three. And my personal takeaway was - the risks are as great as the rewards in real estate. At the time, the extent of my experience with property was buying my first home. I recognised that I had a lot to learn so I decided, 'what better way to learn than to learn on the job'. And here I am, nearly 15 years later.
When the stakes are high, as they are when dealing with our real estate wealth, a key to our success is acknowledging that 'we don't know what we don't know' and either investing the time to educate ourselves accordingly or engaging the services of someone who has.
This simple fact is as true for you as it is for me. And because of this, I work diligently alongside my sellers to not only provide them with representation and advocacy, but to ensure they have a clear understanding of their choices and the likely outcome of those choices throughout each stage of the selling process.
Some sales are straightforward, others far from it, but your journey is far more likely to have an optimal outcome when you have an experienced guide, explaining your options, helping you avoid the hazards and advocating on your behalf. I would love to be that guide for you.

Who do I help?
My business is based on people rather than a specific geographic area and, to date, I have had the pleasure of running campaigns across 40 Auckland suburbs. I represent sellers from a myriad of backgrounds, with varying degrees of real estate experience and the properties I market range from the modest to the extravagant. But each of my clients receives the same degree of care, personal focus and interest in their success. While my clients benefit from the backing of the formidable Harcourts team across the city, each property I list is managed and serviced by me personally so when you choose to list with me - you get me.
